Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Each piece is professionally packed with custom crystal-safe crating and insured during transit. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination.
Each piece is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue, nested in custom foam, placed in a double-walled crate, and insured for full purchase value. We have a zero-damage shipping record.
Yes. Once your piece ships, you receive a tracking number via email. International shipments include customs documentation pre-filed by us.
International orders may be subject to import duties depending on your country. These are typically 5–15% of item value and are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all documentation to minimize duties where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with original packaging. Given the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, exchanges for the same item are not possible — only store credit or refund.
This has never happened — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will file the insurance claim and arrange a full refund or sourcing of a comparable piece at no cost to you.
Custom orders are final sale. Given the bespoke nature of the work (direct artisan commission), custom pieces cannot be returned once production begins.

Materials & Quality
Our collection includes rose quartz, smoky quartz, green quartz (with white quartz inclusions), and clear/natural crystal. All are genuine Brazilian crystal from Minas Gerais — no composite materials or resin fills.

Installation
Crystal sinks use standard undermount or vessel mount installation. Standard plumber's putty and drain fittings work. We recommend a professional installation to ensure the piece is properly supported — crystal is heavy (20–50kg depending on size).
A reinforced countertop (granite, marble, or thick engineered stone) is recommended. Standard IKEA-style laminate countertops are not suitable. Your installer will advise on support requirements.
